When the sake truck is not busy with events it's main job is a mobile showroom, allowing restaurant owners to have tastings and private menu consultation is a location convenient to them.

Our staff consists of SSI Sake Sommelier, Sommelier Association Sake Diploma, International Wine Challenge Sake Judges, NRIB certified Expert Sake Assessor as well as certified nutritionists and chefs. Our unique staffing allows us to customize our product recommendations to meet your needs.

All of our sake comes shipped directly from the breweries, allowing for complete traceability and absolute quality control. The sake is further stored in our climate controlled warehouse to ensure perfect quality. On the SAKE TRUCK, our specialized sake server system ensures the sake on tap is always in its prime condition.
